The Poodle Club of America Rescue Foundation, Inc., (PCARF) a 501(c)(3) tax exempt corporation,
was established as an independent entity in 2006.
Our mission is to save as many Poodles as possible from neglect, abandonment and abuse and to help owners find loving homes for their Poodles if the need arises.
